Objective: To stimulate and harmonize the flow of prana (life-force energy) across the body using rhythmic, wave-like movements.

Technique Overview: Using open palms, the practitioner performs sweeping motions along the spine and limbs—beginning at the crown and moving down to the feet. Each motion is synchronized with the breath and infused with visualization of golden prana flowing through the body’s energy field. This method creates a powerful resonance that cleanses the aura and enhances overall vitality.

2. Chakra Spiral Activation

Objective:To activate and purify the seven chakras through spiral motion, enhancing energy alignment and subtle body awakening.
